The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley is once again participating in the Summer Food Service Program, which provides free, healthy meals to all children 18 years and under. There’s no paperwork, no sign-ups, and adults are welcome to bring their own meals and eat with their kids! The Summer Food Service Program is available at the following sites throughout the region:
• Kent Public Library (17 Sybils Crossing, Carmel, NY) – July 5-Aug. 30, Fridays only, 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Roe Park (31 Roe Avenue, Highland Falls, NY) – July 1-Aug. 30, Monday-Friday, 8:30-9 a.m. (breakfast), Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. (lunch)
• Sunshine Hall Free Library (14 Proctor Road, Eldred, NY) – July 12-Aug. 16, Fridays only, Noon-2 p.m.
• Saugerties Free Library (91 Washington Avenue, Saugerties, NY) – July 1-Aug. 31, Monday-Saturday, 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
• Mamakating Library (128 Sullivan Street, Wurtsboro, NY) – July 1-Aug. 30, Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-noon
• Phoenicia Library (48 Main Street, Phoenicia, NY) – July 2-Aug. 31, Monday-Saturday, 1-2 p.m.
