Panera’s ‘Take Home the Bread” campaign raised over $29,000 in 2015 for the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley!

“We’re so appreciative for the wonderful support we’ve received from the community. And in the tradition of Panera ‘giving’ we’re pleased to donate to the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley,” said Kristin Hairabedian, Marketing Manager, Take Home the Bread, LLC.

Take Home the Bread, LLC a franchisee of Panera Bread, owns and operates 15 cafes under the Panera Bread® name in the New York area since 2005.

Panera Bread has worked to help combat the problem of hunger for 25 years, since it began donating unsold bread and baked goods to local organizations. Under its Day-End Dough-Nation™ program, in 2012, Panera Bread bakery-cafes nationally (company and franchise) donated a retail value of approximately $100 million worth of unsold bread and baked goods to help neighbors in need.

As part of the local Community Breadbox program, all cash donations made by customers in all Take Home the Bread, LLC bakery-cafes in the Hudson Valley and Orange County area, including the new Monroe bakery-cafe, are distributed to the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley.
