The Annual Farm-to-Fork Feast: a Dining Event to benefit Food Bank of the Hudson Valley will be held on Thursday, November 3rd at Rocking Horse Ranch in Highland.

Now in its second year, The Farm-to-Fork Feast is a 4-course dinner complimented with wines.  Each of the entrées will be prepared by a highly skilled chef using local produce and other locally produced foods. Want a sneak peak at the menu? Click here!

A cocktail hour also featuring local foods and beverages and the very popular silent auction will precede the dinner.  This year, tasting stations from Rocking Horse Ranch, Cosimo’s Restaurant Group, Main Course Catering, Henry’s on the Farm, The Ship Lantern Inn, Hudson Valley Sausage Company, Cafe Spice, Brotherhood Winery, Bad Seed Cider, Newburgh Brewing, and Tuthilltown Distillery will be on hand with samples of some of the finest food and spirits produced in the Hudson Valley.
