The Annual Farm to Fork Feast: a Dining Event to benefit Food Bank of the Hudson Valley will be held on Thursday, November 9th at The Country Club at Otterkill in Campbell Hall.
Now in its third year, The Farm to Fork Feast is a 4-course dinner complimented with wines. Each of the entrées will be prepared by a highly skilled chef using local produce and other locally produced foods.
A cocktail hour also featuring local foods and beverages and the very popular silent auction will precede the dinner. Tasting stations will be on hand with samples of some of the finest food and spirits produced in the Hudson Valley.
